Shipping policy

 

DOMESTIC (U.S.) 


Standard domestic shipping option is via USPS, arriving between 2-5 business days (please note standard USPS packages are NOT insured.) Once packages are shown as delivered on your tracking, we are unfortunately not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

INTERNATIONAL


We STRONGLY recommend that you choose UPS or DHL shipping services since it is insured and fully trackable. Customers in Canada and the U.K. may choose to use standard USPS international service still. International orders that are shipped via USPS can have month long or more wait times. Please plan accordingly and know this is out of our control.
Please note once international orders are shipped, we are not responsible for any lost packages or held parcels at local customs and their associated fees. 

 Standard orders may take up to 12 business days to ship. Custom cakes, please allow for 4 weeks from order date until shipped out. If you need a rush order, we can discuss!
